You may personalize a Tribute Card to hand deliver or mail yourself, or, you may have the card sent on your behalf through the RWJ University Hospital Foundation office. Your gift, which is fully tax-deductible, may be designated for Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital or for the
Bristol-Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
